Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link in the browser on their phone, order and get an order number.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own shop page and order link on FoodyGo. You can also connect your own domain for free.
Can I still take orders by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. Add them yourself with "New order", so every order is in the same list and counted for the kitchen.
How do customers pay?
Cash when they collect, or bank transfer: they see your bank details and can upload the slip, and you mark it as checked.
Can I limit how many orders I take?
Yes. Set when each pickup time closes, a maximum per pickup time, limits for a specific day, and mark dishes sold out.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, free. Your shop gets a link on FoodyGo, and we can connect your own address (like yourshop.lk) at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial?
